Service Description
This workshop is for you if you are near the end of your maternity leave and are ready or considering returning back to work after having your baby. It is designed to help you navigate this transition in your life, including all the emotions that come with it. Popular questions will be addressed such as; How do I maintain a healthy attachment with my baby while working? How do I create connections with my baby, spouse, and myself as a woman? What type of support would be beneficial for me as I adjust from maternity leave into the workforce? How do I develop new routines that support the changes at home and at work? What kind of child care works best for our family? This is a guided discussion focusing on the specific situations you are experiencing, to provide you with strategies and techniques that will help not only get through it but thrive in both roles as mother and employee. 10:00-11:00am Workshop 11:00-12:00pm Open Play
